CASH DASH PROGRAM WAIVER

5 BUCKETS WILL EACH HAVE THE SAME # OF PULLS:            

  • 3 ($1000) PULLS
  • 6 ($500) PULLS
  • 90 ($100) PULLS
  • 240 ($50) PULLS
  • 3 (Rohrman Swag)  PULLS
  • 1 (One week Paid Vacation) PULLS
  • 1 (Three Day Trip to VEGAS for two) PULLS
THERE will be an equal number of pulls added to the buckets of the total pulls earned divided by 5.
All additional pulls will be added at the $50.00 pull level in all buckets.
EACH bucket will have a minimum of double the number of total pulls earned divided by 5 in each bucket.

IF YOU ARE IN A DRAW, THE AMOUNT YOU PULL FROM THE BUCKET WILL GO TOWARD YOUR DRAW BEFORE ANY CASH IS PAID OUT.

YOU MUST BE EMPLOYED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, OCTOBER 10th, 2021  TO QUALIFY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT OR EARN ANY PULLS.

PULLS TOTALS WILL BE TALLIED BY OCTOBER 4th, 2021.  THIS COUNT IS FINAL AND ANY DISPUTES MUST BE SETTLED BY THE GM ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 5th, 2021. 

ALL DISCREPANCIES ARE TO BE DECIDED BY THE GENERAL MANAGER OR RYAN ROHRMAN ONLY!

NOTE:  All awards will be taxed on your next regular pay check

THIS PROGRAM REPLACES ALL SPIFFS & BONUSES FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER. BECAUSE WE ARE NOT DEALING IN POINTS AS WE HAVE IN THE PAST AND NOW IT IS STRICTLY PULLS, THIS NEGATES THE NEED FOR DOUBLE POINT DAYS, AND AGED INVENTORY BONUS POINTS. THE MORE YOU SELL THE MORE PULLS YOU WILL EARN!

If you have a good valid reason not to attend the event/function, your pulls will be pulled after everyone present has pulled regardless of the number of pulls you have earned.  The pulls, points, and units may be subject to change at any time during the month of September 2021.

 *You will be taxed on the amount of your award pulled; or you can turn your cash over to payroll, which in return will create a special check so that your taxes will be automatically withheld.
